Hi everyone,
we’re currently testing SPM in a sandbox environment (newest version of Yokohama) and noticed that the L2 menu (subToolbar) does not appear in the Project Workspace, although it seems to be configured OOB (newest versions of project workspace, PPM/SPM installed).
I would have expected the L2 menu to be installed by default and visible as shown in this post: https://www.servicenow.com/community/spm-articles/configuring-l2-menu-in-project-workspace/ta-p/2848...
Questions:
Is there a UI Builder dependency (e.g., missing viewport element or component)?
Has anyone else run into this and resolved it?
Would appreciate any insights or confirmations. Thanks in advance!

There is a Defect regarding this issue. As Workaround, Please repair the Plugin "com.snc.app_shell_aw".

Thank you for your response. I have already completed the steps mentioned.
My UX page property is shown in the attached screenshot. I would normally assume that these changes would make the L2 Menu OOB visible, but it doesn't work.

We are facing the same issue, the L2 menu us not available in Yokahoma, the latest version of plugin is updated , running the repairing of the plugin did not help. It would be expected that it is there OOTB and no configuration is needed. On another instance of same vesions the L2 is available.

We are experiencing the same issue after upgrading to Yokohama and upgrading to 6.2.0 version, after checking the UX Page properties. Has anyone opened a support ticket with ServiceNow on this?
