Percent complete at project level not updating

Hi.

I have a project with 12 tasks.   One task is 100% complete; however, the project itself is still showing 0%.   What am I doing wrong?

Thank you, Arun.   I think you indirectly touched on it...it was such a small duration task that finished (comparatively) that the progress barely shows.   It took a while for it to update (I thought it would be automatic), but when I went back and looked closely, I can see that it moved to 1%.     So I think it was a combination of those two things that led me to believe it hadn't updated.

I have a similar issue but in my case it's project tasks of   1 day duration and not milestone tasks.

Thank you.  I was looking for something that explained why a milestone with a zero day duration was not changing the percentage complete.  This answered it.
