Planning console issue

We used new Planning console in new workspace. But sometimes the auto-save not working, after refresh the page, the task was not created successfully.

Try clearing the browser cache and try again.

 

 

I tried clear cache serval times, it is still not working. 

can we disable the auto-save?

Are you using any kind of data separation or ACL's?  Have you opened a cask task with ServiceNow?  It would be good to determine if this is specific to your instance or not. 

Also, there are several bug fixes coming in February store release (across SPM) as the team prioritized quality over features in the upcoming release.
