On what family version are you in and what version of the plugin? Is it a matter of never working or was it working before but not now.
The reason I'm asking is because we had the same issue when we tested for Xanadu upgrade (incl. updating the plugin to latest available version) and it was confirmed as a bug by ServiceNow Support. It all worked ok when we were on Vancouver.
The temporary solution was to comment out some script from "ProjectWorkspaceSaveApi" Script Include, so my suggestion is to raise a case with them to validate if it's a similar issue or not.
