We have completed Phase 1 of our migration to Service Now PPM - migrating off Daptiv. Tomorrow starts our requirements sessions for Phase II migrating off Planview. We are supposed to roll it out April 30. I'll post more as I learn it.

We had tried using their web service but they suck and it's very proprietary. This tool is a SAAS but very locked down on SAAS. We're still struggling through and not yet integrated and have had to involve planview professional services who want more $$$ to do any integration. It's a classic cluster ##### 🙂 Pretty sure that's not the answer you seek but that's the reality.
