I am attempting to use my Portfolio Planning Workspace tool to view all projects/demands by Business Unit AND Impacted Business Units.
For example, my project "Estimate Creator" has a primary business unit of Revenue Cycle, and an Impacted Business unit of Cardiology.
If I pull up a Lens of projects/demands by Business Unit for Cardiology I am not seeing my project. Is this a limitation of the system? Or have I configured it incorrectly?
I want to see everything that matters to Cardiology, whether it is listed as the primary business unit, or an impacted business unit.
How can I do this?

Hi KFry,
Let us know if you found the solution. I'm having a similar requirement of having a plan roadmap showcasing the BU's that are taking part in the project, but seems impossible to configure (even though I think it's a basic need for project plans).

I never found the solution. We have to manually track items for interested parties. We use programs and tags.

This is an expected behaviour of Servicenow.
The filter requires items to be tied to a Department, not just the Business Unit. If they aren't, they won’t appear.
Make sure your planning items have a reference to the lowest level entity of your lens.
Go through this link in order to have more insights. Point number 3 in this case I believe.
