Portfolio planning workspace : how to track the planning item of pm_project and dmn_demand table

Hi team,

In portfolio planning workspace I just need to understand how can we track the existing planning items of the exact table of project and demand pm_project and dmn_demand. As of now on this tool we can track the item of sn_align_core_project and sn_align_core_demand table data in roadmap which does not have the exact data which we are looking for tracking. Please let me know how to map the correct table on planning item under lenses of portfolio plan.

regards,

@Namita Mishra could you please provide the recording? I am running into the same issue. I have done the Servicenow Integration > Generate field mappings and did the import but still all projects and demands are not appearing in the portfolio plans. Surely I wouldn't need to add all the fields to be mapped? There is also already a Sync business rule OOTB for both demand projects so I didn't think I would have to recreate another.
