PPM TeamSpaces configuration

Hello everyone!

 

I'm doing my first PPM configuration. I need to show how the demand process works for a team in a sandbox environment. My initial idea was to create a teamspace for this team, but after a little bit of research I found out that there are only 5 teamspaces "slots" available which come OOTB, with their respective tables already created.

 

I thought of creating a new teamspace, and replicating the tables by hand. Is this adviced against? Has anyone worked with teamspaces? I have also read someone recommending using Business Rules and ACLs before jumping into teamspaces. 

 

Any advice?

Hi, I would recommend to review this post to identify whether the teamspace is the right solution for your case or is not needed. Data Segregation Options in SPM - ServiceNow Community
For example we utilize two teamspaces because the customer has two completely different processes for Idea-Demand-Project management for IT and Business projects.
