Just wanting to see how others a managing Retrospectives within the ServiceNow product.
Have tried searching in the documentation, and while its mentioned, there seems to be no function to capture Retrospectives.
Suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
We are new to ServiceNow.

This is a very good question! We are still on Agile Dev 1.0, but I think that 2.0 may have more in the way of capturing Retrospective information. What I do is to put the Retrospective notes in as a Knowledge Article and in Configure Form I added the Knowledge field to the Project Record. Hope this helps!

In Agile Development 2.0, we still have not got any method to manage our different sprint activities, more specifically Sprint Retrospective.

In Xanadu release, in the Enterprise Agile Planning and Project Workspace, there is a feature 'Docs' that could be used to create documents for example to document notes from the retrospective.
I saw some teams also use Visual Task Board track retrospective to identify for example task or actions to be taken by the team or members.
