Hello @Shantharao

Actually RIDAC is an acronym for Risk, Issue, Decesion, Action and Change.

You can find all these in related list in a project record.

To explain you the whole logic flow behind is you need to analyse "risk" in the implementation of current project, declare mitigation measures. Then register "issues" that come with the project after risk analysis or due to risk, prepare "action items" to work on it, take decisions , and implement it finally using "change request". So RIDAC is Basically various items involved in project implementation.

@Shantharao There are 2 parts of your problem 1> Process Specific 2> Tooling specific

Second one is already being answered by @Shivalika however, basic still stands with the process.

Let me try to explain, technically RIDAC can be created at any given point of time however, as a best practice, PM can create these entries as soon as he/she identifies any Risk, Issue etc.

When it comes to automation, there are many questions which we can ask, for example:

- What should be the trigger condition to create RIDAC?

- Is there any other source to pull the information? If not, how should we get the values to create entries

I hope, I am able to explain the way things work technically & functionally however, key is to first have the process and then build on top of the same.

If this helps, request you to mark it as "Accepted Solution".
