Project manager not able to new during create the issue

Hi Community,

We are currently facing an issue in Project Workspace in ServiceNow.

In the "Issues" tab of a project (e.g., while viewing a project like Update email notifications), the "New" button to create an issue is either:

Not visible at all, or

Not working when clicked — no action is triggered.

 only delete button is there.

Hey @raj12345

Have you checked the Role(s) associated to the team member in question? Also, confirm that the 'New' Button is configured in a way that allows access to that Team Member/the Role(s) they have access to.
