Project manager not able to new during create the issue

Hi Community,

We are currently facing an issue in Project Workspace in ServiceNow.

In the "Issues" tab of a project (e.g., while viewing a project like Update email notifications), the "New" button to create an issue is either:

Not visible at all, or

Not working when clicked — no action is triggered.

 only delete button is there.

  1. Navigate to the List View of the Project Table (pm_project.list) and open a Project.
  2. Scroll down to Related Links and click onto the Issues Tab.
  3. Right click on one of the Column Headers, hover over Configure and then select List Control.
  4. Review the following:
    1. 'Omit new button' isn't selected.
    2. The Role(s) associated to 'New Roles'. If there is / are any Role(s) there, make sure they're associated to the sys_user(s) being impacted.
