Project manager not able to new during create the issue

Hi Community,

We are currently facing an issue in Project Workspace in ServiceNow.

In the "Issues" tab of a project (e.g., while viewing a project like Update email notifications), the "New" button to create an issue is either:

Not visible at all, or

Not working when clicked — no action is triggered.

 only delete button is there.

Could you please describe how you solved this? I am currently having thesame issues and tried checking roles, ACLs, list controls. Could you please direct me on how you solved this?
