Project reporting by goal

Hello All, 

I have a requirement to produce a report that allows the users to see all project records associated to goal.  They do not have the goals framework plugin enabled, but only using the base project to multiple goals relationship.  

Any ideas on how to proceed?

You should start by using the Goal Framework and migrating data from legacy tables. Please refer to the documentation on the migration: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-business-management/page/product/goal-framework/t... 

I wouldn't advise to create a report for the legacy tables, as that only adds more things you need to fix when you eventually migrate to the current data model.
