Project Status report - Print

Has anyone been able to print the full Project status report.   I have never worked on service portal and finding it difficult to do the same.   I was able to somehow add a printer button but not able to print the report.

Can someone help me out in this.

When you are in the report, select the three bars at the top, and select Export then select PDF.   It will generate a PDF that you can then send to a printer.

Hi Vijay;

There seems to be a known issue in the service portal regarding printing multiple pages (see Printing Knowledge Articles (kb_article) in Service Portal   ). While the article suggests several workarounds, none worked for us. We ended up creating a one page project status summary that we print instead of the full report.   I've heard that the Kingston release may have more functionality around printing the status report so we are holding off on doing anything else custom.
