Project sync issue - the request cannot be processed due to an error in syncing

Hello community,

I have a sync issue.

I have a record/Project on the pm_project table and the same Project/record on the sn_align_core_project table.
On the "pm_project" table, FORM view, field "percent_complete"value = 20
On the "pm_project" table, LIST view, field "percent_complete"value = 20
On the "sn_align_core_planning_item" table, FORM view, field "percent_complete"value = 25
On the "sn_align_core_planning_item" table, LIST view, field "percent_complete"value = 25

And now the funny part ... it happens only on one Project. All the other projects are just fine.

And when I change the "percent_complete" field value on the "pm_project" table, I receive a message on the "sn_align_cmn_int_integrations_setup"

"The request cannot be processed due to an error in syncing. undefined - Message: From/To currency in rate record does not match entered/reference currency "

What can be wrong with this one Project and why does this happen only on this Project and nowhere else?
For all the other Projects the Alignment Integration works just fine.

Thanks for any help.

Hello, did you find a solution for this?

Hello SNOLH,

I did but don't really remember.
I think we just exported the records as a XML file, then we changed the currency value in the text editor and imported the XML file back into the instance.

Also I found this message I sent to a coleague of mine:

On the [fx_currency2_instance] table I opened the USD reference_amount for the field planned_return, changed the currency code to EUR and then when I changed the percent_complete field value on the [pm_project], it shows also on the [sn_align_core_planning_item] and [sn_align_core_project].

And fx_currency2_instance reference_currency automatically went back to USD
And ... currency and conversion_rate fields value changed as well on the [fx_currency2_instance]

I just found a video where I also fix this, will try to send you via the PM (if possible).
