Project Template & Project Template Task

How do Project Template Tasks work? I have the requirement to populate project tasks durring certian conditions of  a project.  I see there is a Project Template Task [project_template_task] table but I cannot create records as an Admin and there is no documentation avaiable.

Hi ColeM,

Usually Project Template Tasks are

predefined that can be automatically added when the project is created using a template (having sub task templates)

SPM (like HR) are driven by roles (adhering to record creation restrictions in Prod instance) try out giving yourself role of it_project_manager & template_editor.
