Yes, sure, some examples of possible Project Change Request can be the following:
- changing the Project scope
- changing the Project teams involved
For each of these actions, it can be created a PCR for tracking these changes in the Project.
Hope this clarify the doubt with your client.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful.
Thank you very much
Cheers

Hi,
The Project Change Request (PCR) related list is intended to track changes to the project itself (i.e. changing scope/teams involved/etc).
This is part of the Project Monitoring, the process of managing and monitoring the execution of a project.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful.
Thank you very much
Cheers

Hi,
Does PCR have any workflow? Is there a manual in the product documentation we can look at?
Thanks.
