In the new Project Workspace (currently 6.1.0), using the financials tab doesn't allow editing Planned Cost columns for the past.
We have clients whose processes are impacted by the new behavior and are blocked to use the new functionality, as they can't update the financial plans, for example Jan-Feb-March figures for Q1 replanning.
Let us know if the behavior can be changed or if this behavior is expected to change.
