Projects not appearing on the Program Workbench

Hi! I’m working in Project Workspace and trying to view a Gantt of all projects within a single program so I can track timelines in one place.

 

I set up 5 projects and aligned them to the same program. Each project:

  • is Work in Progress
  • has project tasks
  • has planned start/end dates
  • is aligned to the correct Top Program

However, in Program Workbench, only 2 of the 5 projects appear under the program.

 

Has anyone run into this before?

Hello,

could you please check whether the planned start and end dates of the missing projects belong to the selected fiscal year? If not, they may not be visible in Program Workbench.
