Purchase Requisition Not Created When “Request to Purchase from a Vendor” Is Submitted via VA

Hi everyone,

We are facing an issue where a Purchase Requisition (PR) is not being created when the “Request to Purchase from a Vendor” topic is submitted through Virtual Agent.

Scenario:

  • Users raise a request using the Virtual Agent
  • They select the “Request to Purchase from a Vendor” topic
  • The request completes successfully from the VA side
  • However, no Purchase Requisition record is generated

Hi @Tanushree Maiti  , It is working fine with checkout on shopping hub ,but the issue is with Virtual agent submission .
