Hi All,
when i am reading the PPM documentation we have a Process Overview diagram can anyone please help me in understanding the flow.
I understand first Idea comes to the picture once accepted converts to Demand and from Demand we can convert to a Project contains (Agile, Test Waterfall) type and from there it shows that creates Project Artifact to Product
Can anyone please help me in understanding what is this Project Artifact and Product since our client is more interested in understanding the Process flow of Products.

Hello shaik.irfan,
From my reading on the wiki, there isn't an explicit definition of what an artifact is.. An application artifacts is everything from table definitions and scripts to UI layouts and reference data.
An artifact is one of many kinds of tangible by-products produced during the development of software. Some artifacts (e.g., use cases, class diagrams, and other Unified Modeling Language (UML) models, requirements and design documents) help describe the function, architecture, and design of software.
for more details please follow the below link.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artifact_(software_development)
Hope you find some help in this, Please mark helpful and like.
Thanks and regards,
Ganesh Pardhe.
