"Getting started" module in Reports

Hi everyone, in my instance the "Getting Started" module under Reports (Reports --> Getting Started) is not opening, whenever iam clicking on the "Getting started" its opening in another tab and the page is not loading .

Please help me to RESOLVE THIS.

It is possible that your internet provider or network is having issues / limitation & not opening a particular url.

 

Normally it will take you to a different page only which is not within your ServiceNow instance. So once you click on it, system will redirect you to following link -

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/reference/reporting...

 

You will be able to learn more about reports here, that's all. Sharing a snapshot of that page for your reference -

Hi @venkatanathansp ,

 

Please try below:

 

  • Clear your cache, close internet application and reopen internet application - try again
  • Try in an incognito browser
  • Try in a different browser
