"Report visible only to a specific user or group' show for a report ?

Hi,

 

 

I have created a report that runs on a table that is part of custom app, have also removed the ACL role of view and create so that everyone can view and create the issues. But I am getting below error on the report in dashboard.

"Report visible only to a specific user or group"

Hi,

If you remove the ACL altogether, it will make the table only accessible to administrators. Try instead of removing the ACL edit it to give everyone access

I have the same issue... i have shared the report with a group, but the users of that group still see the same message: "Report visible only to a specific user or group"

Can you help me on this?

The error message indicates that this report is not shared to any users or groups. Please use the share option within the report and share it to specific users or groups whom you want the report to be accessible.

This is very unique in ServiceNow, that along with sharing the dashboard, you need to individually give access to reports within that dashboard as well or else you are bound to get the error message in the reports.
