How to grant access to team member access triage board?

Currently, only PO's are able to access triage board in SAFe board.

We need to grant access to Tech leads and team members to configurate the triage board. However, we can't give them the safe_scrum_master role. We have tried to change UI_macros logic as the image below shows:

Now the users are able to see the link :

But they cannot change it.

How can we grant access without giving the specific role?

Don't have SAFe, but this saved the day. I have Agile Development 2.0 and was facing the same issue. I was able to follow the same process and update the Macro "Backlog". Worked like a charm.
