Read/view only access to Alignment Planner Workspace

Hi everyone,

We're in the process of implementing ITBM/SPM and I have a requirement to grant read only access to the Alignment Planner Workspace for it_project_users.  The goal is to give licensed users access to the workspace to view the roadmaps shared with them, but not to be able to edit the details on any of the records.  

If I grant users with the it_project_user role access to the APW, they're able to edit project details in the workspace even though they only have read access to projects via ACL.  When those same users try to edit a project in the normal UI, they're unable to do so.  

I've tried creating new ACL's on the project table and sn_align_core_project/planning item/program/etc. tables with no success.

Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.

Roadmap viewer [sn_roadmap_plng.roadmap_ viewer]

Goal viewer [sn_gf.goal_user_read]

Can view the goals. This role can be given to users such as the project user and demand user.
