Hello community, I am seeking an advice.
Customer is transitioning to a new Project Workspace. Given the Demand form still uses the classic UI and any reference to the project, opens the project in the classic UI, this creates an inconsistent experience. Alhough there is a banner in the project classic UI prompting them to switch to the new Project Workspace, it is requiring an extra click.
I am looking for a solution to ensure that any reference to a Project, whether from a Demand, dashboard, or report, directly opens the project records in the new Project Workspace. This would streamline the user experience and avoid unnecessary clicks.
Additionally, I would like to know if ServiceNow has plans to integrate Demands into the same workspace as Projects for a more unified UI.

It is not a solution per se, but when we implmented the New PW we also transitioned to the New UI which enabled a new Menu item called Workspaces.
This allows users to Navigate directly to Project Workspace which is slightly better than having to go via the Classic version

Thank you yes, this would solve only the part of dire tly accessing project, but I m more thinking of the case, when accesing the project from some dashboards/reports after clicking on the link of the project, to open it in the new project workspace or when clicking on the project ref. field from the demand
