I am researching release management and would like to know / understand what the recommended workflow looks like for release management. All the documentation jumps into what it looks like, but how do you get there? What does the intake look to bring requests into release management?
Is it an idea / demand / project that can be included in release management? Is it a separate process entirely from idea/demand/project?
