Removing the Time Component from Project Date Field Format Only

Is there a way to globally remove the Time Component from Project Date fields ONLY?

We don't want the Time Component to be visible on any Project Management related date fields contained on Views or Reports.  We only need to show Project Dates without the Time Component.  Including the Time Component on Project Management related reports takes up too much real estate on views or reports for stakeholders who are not interested in the Time Component of a date field.

We also don't want to impact the format of other ITSM related date fields that may rely on and need the Time Component.

This is correct David. This will only change it in the Workspaces (new and legacy) because the field on the form is a date/time field so it cannot change the specific type of field.
This will, however, change the time on form fields to be the Start = earliest time on Project Schedule, End = latest time on Project Schedule.
The Default Project Schedule is 8:00 - 17:00 and will be times displayed as such on the form after saving.
