@UncleRob - bwahahaha... funny but so true! I have seen people with 4-5 mainline certifications who do not know what is the difference between a Service offering and CI or if ITIL role consumes a license or not 😄 So, certification is definitely not the measure of one's true knowledge (or ignorance) 😄

Use CIS SPM exam blue print to focus on the key domains to clear the exam

If you focus on Resource Management, Idea and Demand, Project Management, SPM Financials modules first it would cover 80% of your exam score and can practice other modules for additional coverage

Refer sample questions in exam blueprint to get idea of actual exam questions. Start practicing in PDI and go through SPM course contents from Now Learning and Inkling e-book along with release notes for SPM module as exams are based on Yokohama release

Rely on simulator exercises. Ask yourself the "why" behind whatever you are doing. Read and understand the application well. Before you even think of appearing for any CIS exam or certification (in general), you should be able to confidently explain every functionality on the application and when should what be used and be able to talk about the trade on and offs between various functionalities. Because, in ServiceNow and in general, there are many ways to solve a problem statement, but only one is the best way. "Blueprint" is your bible. Follow it!
