Reset Demand from Status "Completed" back to "Qualified" or "Draft"

A demand was accidentally pushed into "clompleted" status, although it is not yet finished.
Is it possible to get the demand back into Qualified or Draft status as an Admin?

As per the OOB it should be.

Go to record --> configure--> UI Actions and search for 'Reset to Draft' . See whether it has been customized in your instance.

If you haven't found then you can manually change the state value form the list view or form view if you have demand role or admin.

Out of the Box, I believe that you are not able to Reset the Demand back to the Draft state once an artifact like a Project is created from it.

You may be able to force it with a simple background script but I am unsure if there will be any data issues with doing so.

Yes, there is a OOB UI action called 'Reset to Draft' to change the demand state to 'draft' state.

In State "Completed" we do not have the "Reset to Draft" Button.

And there is no project created out of the demand.

As per the OOB it should be.
