Resource Aggregates Monthly: Why are Person Days different for different users in the same month?

Hi Community,

I'm investigating the Resource Aggregates Monthly [resource_aggregate_monthly] table and noticed that for the same month, different users have different Person Days values.

For example, for the month starting 2026-07-01, some users have 22 Person Days while others have 23 Person Days, even though they appear to be active resources during the same period.

I'm trying to understand:

1. How is the Person Days value calculated in the Resource Aggregates Monthly table?
2. Is it derived from:
   • User schedules?
   • Resource plans/allocations?
   • Holidays or schedule exceptions?
   • User availability/FTE?
3. Which scheduled job or process populates the resource_aggregate_monthly records?
4. What should I compare between two users (one showing 22 days and another showing 23 days) to determine the reason for the difference?
5. Are there specific tables or calculations involved that can explain why one user has fewer Person Days than another for the same month?

Any insights into the calculation logic, related tables, or debugging steps would be greatly appreciated.
