Project appear to have allocated and actua hours associated with resource plans. The Resource (Allocated vs. Actual) chart shows No data to display. Where does data for this chart come from? Thanks.

Brandon - have you generated Fiscal calendar in your system?
Reports in project status portal are plotted against fiscal period.
In this case of Resource (actual vs allocated report), x-Axis is going to be Fiscal periods in which the resource plans are going to fall.

Thank you Brandon. What version are you on? Do you have the it_portfolio_manager role? Are you using the OOTB Portfolio field without customizations? You went through the 4 steps of budgeting in the Portfolio Workbench for the portfolio, correct?
