Afternoon!
I am experiancing an issue with capcity being caluclated in resource management. To validate its mis calculation i created a test user, to remove all variables.
This test user has no schedule associated, so it is using the OOB resource management schedule (8 hours a day - Non holidays)
When i run a resource report for the user weekly it shows 40 houirs per week
However if i run that same user monthly it greatly changes
Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue would be greatly appriciated!

Hi @Patrick Slatter ,
Capacity = Number of working days X per day capacity
With the above formula, report is showing correct monthly capacity for all the months except January.
For January, possible reasons could be that report start date is not set as January 1, refer below screenshot.
Since the report start date = January 22, 2023 the monthly capacity = 56
Hope this helps. If yes, please mark the answer as helpful / correct to help other community members.
Thank You!

Thank you @Namita Mishra I think the per day calculation is what I was missing in validating its totals.
Also I had the holiday schedule entries set to "time off" opposed to "Exclude" so they were being added to the hours instead of removed from the hours.
Thanks again!
