Resource group capacity aggregates in Allocation Workbench incorrect

Why is team capacity incorrect in Resource Allocation workbench? We have tried running "update resource aggregates" and "Update resource capacity" at both user and group level and it does not seem to fix it. All users in the group are assigned to 8-5 weekdays excluding holidays schedule.

Can you please check if there are any operational resource plans for these 7 resources for the months where you are seeing the discrepancies?
