Dear Community,
Question there are 13 States OOB for Resource Plan, but only 7 (planning, requested, confirmed, allocated, rejected, canceled, completed) are actively used and it is unclear when the rest are applied. Could you please give me an idea when those states (allocated in progress, canceled in progress, completion in progress, confirmed in progress, change, work in progress) are used and what triggers them?
Thank you

Hello @c-vkondrat ,
These (... in progress) states are used by the system.
For example: If you have allocated a resource plan and due to some reason it is taking longer then we do not want user to click on it again and again thinking that system is stuck. To keep the user informed, these states were added. As a user you do not have to use them.
Hope this answers the query and if it does please mark the response as correct. This will help me and other community users.
Happy SPM Learning !!
Thank You!
