Greetings,
We have created a resource plan with the resource type set to 'ROLE,' and the associated task rate model is populated with "Rate model" (which contains Resource Role & Users - refer to the snippet: Rate model).
When the resource plan is created with a role, the planned cost is populated based on the defined role's hourly rate from the rate model. However, when the resource plan is allocated to users from the rate model (where the role is not associated with these users in the rate model), the system populates the confirmed/allocated cost with the default system hourly rate ($50 per hour) instead of user's hourly rate from the rate model rate lines.
Could anyone please share some insights to achieve the expected behavior?
Thank you for your time!!
-Vinay.

Are you able to provide a snap shot of the actual Rate Model, it sounds like something from its built doesn't work as expected.
There is this trail here though I am not sure how much it would help -> Solved: Re: Resource Plan Confirmed/Allocated cost - Page 2 - ServiceNow Community
I haven't worked with more than 1 attribute in the Rate Model though, but I can try to help 🙂
