Resource plan date should be under demand plan start date

Can someone help me to perform validation "Resource plan date should be under demand plan start date" while creating resource plan.

You can achieve this by doing configuration. Set this property to true.

Property Name: com.snc.resource_management.do_not_allow_resource_plan_dates_outside_project_demand_dates
