Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue where one of the resource plans for a user is not showing up on the Timesheet Portal, even though the state is set to "Allocated". There is another resource plan for the same user on the same project that is appearing without issue. Both resource plans are in the "Allocated" state and have active periods within the correct timeframe.
I've attached a screenshot of the relevant details. The missing resource plan has all fields correctly configured, as far as I can see.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on what could be causing this?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Could it be possible to differentiate task cards based on different resource plans?
In our case, we have two different resource plans associated with the same project for the same user, but only one of them is appearing in the timesheet portal. We are trying to ensure that the time card can represent the different resource plans (e.g., Resource Plan A and Resource Plan B), even though they are both linked to the same project and task.
From my understanding, the current configuration seems to treat the time card as linked to a single task/project, but in situations where multiple resource plans exist, it’s important to differentiate them.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to adjust the time card logic to recognize multiple resource plans for the same task and allow users to log time separately under each resource plan?
We have already checked the server-side script handling the resource plans and the timecard task selector but still couldn’t find a way to display tasks associated with multiple resource plans effectively.
Looking forward to your suggestions and insights!

Hi @TanyapongS ,
Are you using the resource assignee (the new way of resource management)?
Thanks,

Hi @Namita Mishra,
I believe we are not using that functionality. We are currently creating resource plans either from the Resource Workbench or through the resource plan related list under the project record.
In this scenario, we have two resource plans linked to the same main project (top_task) and covering the same period. We are wondering if there is a possibility or configuration available to allow the task card on the timesheet portal to populate two task cards, each with a different resource plan.
Thank you,
Tanya

This is strange.
Would you like to have a quick call with me and you can showcase it in the instance. May be that would be helpful. Fortunately today I am free till 10 am SGT.
Thank You!
