Resource plan related list item is not showing in Demand and Project.

Resource plan tab in related list item is not showing for few of demands and projects. 

Could you please help me to know the reasons for this behavior?

Hi @Yuvaraj T ,

By disabling the property, resource assignment is not shown. This is the expected behaviour.

I have not tried but please try to configure the resource plan related list for demand \ project after enabling the 'sn_pw.enable_resource_planning' property.

Hi @Yuvaraj T ,

If the property sn_pw.enable_resource_planning is set to true

and

demand \ project has no resource plan at all

Then

In demand \ project - Resource assignment related list is shown and resource plan (related list tab) is hidden.

I tested the point - configuring the resource plan when the property is true.

Actually it won't show the resource plan on the demand \ project even after configuration.

This is because there is a client script which hides it.

I would NOT recommend to change out of the box behaviour because that would be customization.

Hi Namita,

Yes, i also found that client scripts for hiding the RP on demand, project and project task.

I tried disable the client script for demand, resource plan is showing but no button for 'Manage' and 'New'.  

Our customer still using classic resource plans and not adapted the resource assignment(new feature) , hence they wanted to create the resource plan from demand/project without changing the system property configuration.

I am trying to find the alternate solution. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or alternate solution with less customization to enable the resource plan with options for create and manage.
