Response Template Count

Hello All, 

Created Response Templates in  "sn_templated_snip_note_template" table, and I am able to see the responses UI action button on the Incident Table.

1. Can have analytics on what templates are being used and how often.
2. Need to count the response templates count how often am using.
3. Example : copied the response template content by using the copy to clipboard and I am simply paste in additional comments in incident ticket.
4. Example 2: I've total 40 response templates in "sn_templated_snip_note_template" table, I need to count how many times being used the each template record in the incident additional comments.
   1. Incidents            Templates                                            Count   1                           1temp (used 10 times)                       10

Need any suggestions or info.
