hi servicenow community,
I have designed the scenario from demand creation to project release as part of the SPM design.
However, I would like to know how to design the operational management after the project release.
Here are two possible approaches:
- Create parent-child relationships within the project's subprojects and manage changes on an individual basis.
- Utilize ITSM's change management to handle the operational aspects of the project after release.
Regarding the integration between ServiceNow's PPM and ITSM, I don't have a specific image of the connection points. If you have any insights or information on that aspect, I would appreciate it.

Once a Project is released it goes into O&M mode for any minor enhancements and fixes. You could club multiple fixes into one demand and use Type as Operational instead of Strategy and manage those. You can create a Change accordingly from the Demand.
