SAFe Migration to "Full Configuration" in EAP

It appears that the current "SAFe Migration Guided Setup" only caters for migration into the "Portfolio Configuration" or "Essential Configuration" EAP Configurations.  We are using "Full Configuration" which appears not to be catered for.  Has anyone successfully migrated from SAFe to "Full Configuration" in EAP and if so, did you use the SAFe Migration tool?

We don't support a direct move to the full configuration because the SAFe plugin didn't have the Solution layer.  However, it is possible to move from a SAFe portfolio config to an EAP portfolio config and then add the solution layer.  It will require some manual (or scripted) updates to point the EAP ARTs to the new EAP Solution Trains that you've added.

Thanks Scott!  Has anyone else done this and are there any steps documented?  From a cursory review it appears that the configuration needs to be changed at each of the levels starting at the lowest level.
