Score value gets reverse while sync

Hi, 
I am  working on the fields to sync between dmn_demand and sn_align_core_demand.
I have already setup the integration between the 2 tables.
When I change the Impact field and Score field is re-calculated in the demand table the value of the score field does not reflect the same in the sn_align_core_demand table, the value gets reversed back.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
