Scrum Master access to multiple teams in Agile Board

Cheri M

Hello,
We recently brought in a scrum master that will manage multiple teams. I don't see an easy way to give her access to the Agile Board and switch between each team, unless she is a member of each team. Which doesn't seem ideal for us.
We are Vancouver patch 5.
Before I jump into making edits to OOB functionality, I wanted to see if anyone has solutioned this already.
Thank you!

Cheri

You can try Scrum Program

1. Create a new Program by navigating to "All > Agile Development > Scrum Programs" and assign you Scrum Master to be the Program Manager

2. Once Program is created, in the Teams related list, you may select all the Agile Teams he's managing

3. From the Agile Board, switch from Team to Program view to change to Scrum Program View

4. Scrum Master should be able to manage multiple teams, backlogs, stories, etc in this single view.

Thank you, we didn't even have scrum programs installed.
This only allows them to see the backlog and not do Sprint Planning or Sprint Tracking which is what we need our scrum master to do. Do you know of more configuration I need to make?

Please also ensure that you're entitled to Scrum Programs as it might require SPM Professional.

You should be able to do sprint planning across different lanes, you may check these videos for more details about Scrum Programs
