Service Offering Approval Flow

We have a requirement that an approval flow should be triggered when a field in service offering gets updated.

But the flow/conditions clashes to the approval flow that we created that when a service is created. 

 

The trigger for service creation approval flow is when the service is in draft. 

When you update a service or offering, it also goes back to draft so the service creation approval gets being triggered. 

 

We want two approval flows with different triggers:

1. Creation of service

2. When an offering is updated

The business wants 2 approvals flows one for when you create a new service and the second one is when you update a service offering. Both approval flows are routed to different assignment groups.
