ServiceNow Agile 2.0 vs Jira comparison

Hi all. Myself and a merry band of miscreants are pushing our organization to move away from Jira. Does anyone have a URL or other source that offers a good consolidated comparison between the two and demonstrates that SN may be better? We are a very large organization (albeit a single division within the org...but still)....

Our organization organically moved away from ServiceNow Agile in favor of Jira last year. In part that was because the community had difficulty adopting. Currently we could not move back because Agile in SN triggers SPM module fees.
