ServiceNow Agile Development vs Azure DevOps / JIRA

I would like to compare the benefits or disadvantages of the ServiceNow Agile Development over Azure DevOps or JIRA.

 

What are its striking features which makes ServiceNow Agile Development stand seperate.

Hi Rahulyamgar,

For me and customers it is the usage of one platform! So if you are already using ServiceNow for ITSM and other parts and work for developers is coming from that the Agile dev 2.0 icw Unified backlog is a very easy to use and elegant solution.

On the other note the lack of connection to CI pipelines or version control system is a disadvantage of ServiceNow.

I agree with the reply but just to add that having an Agile story associated to a Change and Release is helpful from an audit and control perspective.  All ServcieNow users have access to understand the details of exactly what is going into a particulate production implementation.  Understanding the details will reduce the risk of collisions or conflicts.
