SPM and After Action Reviews (retrospective/closure)

At the closure of projects we like to hold an "after action"/retrospective/{whatever words you like} to see how we did. 

Questions like...

• What went well?
• What could be improved?
• What issues/lessons were learned for future projects?
• What are action items from this retrospective?

Today we do this in a Confluence page, but ideally it would all stay in ServiceNow and tie to the project. I didn't immediately see anything out-of-box in SPM, but wanted to ask the community. 

1. Is there something native in ServiceNow for this?
2. If no, what are others doing?

Hi @mejasonroar I think the Docs that can be access directly from the Project workspace could be a suitable for this. You can also have a template created with predefined structure additionally to the existing ones
