SPM CIS Exam Help?

Hi all,

 

I am sitting my SPM CIS certification soon and have been using a lot of external resources to practice exam questions. there are a number of questions that i cannot get a clear answer to (some resources say one thing, while others confirm the total opposite), so thought I would reach out with a list if anyone has any time to answer and explain - please screenshots below of the common questions i see on multiple places with different explination and answers..

and what about to go to your PDI and try to validate on your own? ;)) 

Request your PDI: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do 

 

Verifying it by yourself will build an actual knowledge rather than to quickly remember something that you will forget 5 minutes after passing the exam and exactly as you said - unofficial materials are full of incorrect content, one more reason to verify it yourself :))

@MickMcAuley  I agree the online resources wont give you the right answers always and its always better to try it ourselves in PDI as suggested by @GlideFather However for few I can answer basis my understanding which again is a disclaimer purely based on my experience only

#49 - Allocated Hours/Capacity

#32 Allocated + Confirmed /capacity
